Located amongst the bustling centre of Sungai Ara, Casa Deluna is our latest residential project for a young couple settling down with their infant daughter. Inspired by the myriad colours of the Luna colour pencils of our childhood, we decided to embrace the quirkiness of the couple, turning a rather run-of-the-mill living space into a fun and eclectic nest for living, family and friends. While the idea of injecting vibrant colours into the space was sparked by the client’s fondness of contemporary and modern living, we’ve also restored practicality in ample storage space for the couple, with fully-customised cabinets hiding behind sleek joints and curvatures which lines the wall upon the entrance. An upright mirror at the foyer was also erected to ensure our clients are in their best shapes before heading out.

Tailoring the space to allow for interactions and quality time, we opened up the space to achieve a seamless transition between the kitchen, dining and living area. For instance, the pantry was merged into a functional kitchen with integrated appliances while an mini island bar acts as a social cooking space for guests to gather.
