Situated on the evergreen stretch of Gurney Drive lies SV Residence, a 2400-sqft holiday home crafted for a HK-based Malaysian family. Designed to create a harmony between clean lines and subtle shape alterations, we kept the overall design to a muted colour palette — lending the space a sense of calm with minimal constraints. Responsive to the context of a holiday home, we meticulously planned for every nooks and crannies in the quaint space, resulting in seamless edging and skirting throughout the space, prompting one to slow down and appreciate the design and craftsmanship in every corner. The space is accentuated with dark walnut furniture and herringbone flooring, adding an element of contrast and familiarity to the space.
